Refunds
Here at Seraph we want our customers to be truly happy with their purchase. If for some reason your purchase is not suitable we will accept your return of any full priced item within 14 days and happily issue you with a full refund less the postage cost, or alternatively, a credit note if that suits.
In order for the return to be processed properly you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order . It is the customers responsibility to post the item back to us at their expense. Once the item/s have been received back in store and inspected, a refund will be issued to you by means of original purchase, or you may prefer a credit note to use on another item. The item/s must be unworn, in their original packaging and condition with all tags in place. Please note, the refund will be for goods only and will not include any postage charges
Sale items are final. No refund, exchange or credit will be given on sale items.
Faulty Items
We try our utmost to ensure that all items sent out by us are in perfect condition, if however, you receive something which is faulty or damaged please contact us via email genevieve@seraphjewels.com.au or phone 0414 490 390 within 2 days of receipt of goods. We can either send you out a postbag for your return or, refund the item plus the postage when the parcel arrives. We are happy to refund or replace the item if available. All refunds will be made as per the original payment method
Exchange
We are happy to exchange for change of mind. Again, contact us by email or phone, quote the style & receipt number, if the product is still available we will hold for you for 7 days.
Shipping Policy
- We ship within Australia
- For our international customers, please contact us via email for shipping costs
- Delivery is via Fastway courier or Australia Post
- All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Some courier deliveries may be replaced by Australia Post, at our discretion
- Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
- As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
- If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
- If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
- Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
- Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery.
- Customer requests to leave goods if no one home is customers responsibilities we take no responsibility of missing parcels

For our local customers we have a ‘Pick Up’ option. Please note LOCAL in the comment section of the checkout. We will contact you to arrange pick-up or delivery when the order is ready.
